Public Transit: Take the Canada Line Skytrain subway system from airport (station right outside of both international and domestic terminal)
Yaletown Roundhouse station: (23minutes), you then transfer to #6 bus pick up on Davie Street, and exit at Thurlow Street (in front of Shoppers Drug Mart (5-10 minutes) then walk 1 block south down Thurlow Street, turn right on Burnaby Street and Sunset Inn & Suites is 2nd building on the right – cost is $4.00+$5.00 airport fee = $9.00 per person from the airport, and $4.00 going back to the airport- cost per person
Or you can walk or take taxi from Yaletown- Roundhouse station, approximate 10-15 minute walk up hill or between $5-$10 taxi ride
TAXI – door to door (30min) – cost approx $35 flat rate + tip – door to door – cost up to 4 people
LIMO – door to door (30min) – cost approx $45-80 – based on 1-8 people – door to door
Curbside walk out service at YVR exclusive to Aerocar Service www.aerocar.ca Aerocar Service vehicles are located just outside of the arrivals level of both the Domestic and International Terminal building. Once you have received your luggage, please follow the signs to the ground transportation area located conveniently outside of the building, where you will see our vehicles waiting curbside. There is no reservation required for this service.
Translink operates the Bus & Skytrain system – if you are here for more than a few days we recommend that you use the Compass Card for frequent travel using the Public system.
