Bang on time its Blossom time! The city is really starting to bloom now – we are still waiting for the budding trees to unfurl the leaves, but we find that this generally coincides with when the last Blossoms are falling and then the leaves unfurl – Vancouver is a very very vivid city regarding the four seasons.
This link down at the bottom of this blog will tell you where to find the very best blossoms to view in real time – we do suggest that you just get out there and stretch the legs and just meander through the westend – as at this time of year it is an extremely photogenic time.
Also exploit the cities amazing Bike paths and rent a Bike at English Bay Bike Rentals and join in with the Cherry Blossom crowd and organizers to enjoy Bike The Blossoms on April 28th from 11am-1pm South side of John Hendry Park (Trout Lake), 3300 Victoria Drive (@ E 19th Ave., close to Marshall St.)
