The New Year is soon upon and as always everyone loves to celebrate the New Year in style! Canada Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre will be hosting the celebrations for all ages to enjoy, with lots of live Music, Partying and of course fireworks! This will be a great night to remember!

Family Fireworks at 9pm Canada Place

Canada as we know is a very big country so the east coast begins to celebrate New Years a full 3 hours ahead of us at 9pm Pacific time, where midnight will happen Eastern time. So it is a good idea that the kids get to celebrate early with their own Fireworks display to enjoy. The Fireworks start at 9pm and the duration will be 5 minutes at Canada Place.

Indoor Celebration Pass

The Pass costs $58 and the parties will be held among 2 rooms at the Vancouver Convention centre featuring DJS and live bands for this all ages event.

Indoor RE/MAX Family Zone

Held at the the Vancouver Centre West building this all ages party will wow the kids and the family. Tickets are $28. There will be a dance party featuring Rockin Robin and Alyssa Neilsen from As you wish, there will also be Face Painting, noise makers a Balloon drop and more!

Free Street Party on Canada Place Way

Canada Place Way and Jack Poole Plaza will host 102.7 THE PEAK Main Stage, Coast Capital Savings Stage, Global BC TV’s live countdown broadcast, and a spectacular street party with 20 of Vancouver’s top food trucks. Roving performers, neon robots, fire dancers and visuals will entertain thousands at the most prestigious and spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration in Vancouver!

Midnight Countdown Fireworks
The midnight moment, the arrival of 2018, will be greeted with an intense, spectacular fireworks show erupting from the offshore barge in Coal Harbour. The 12-minute, high-aerial show starting at 12 am sharp will be synchronized to a soundtrack and broadcast live on 102.7 THE PEAK radio station.
