FAMILY DAY in BC!
As promised by Christy Clark – BC will get an extra long weekend coming their way this coming February. Known as Family Day. This is not a Statutory Holiday, so there should be very little disruption in Vancouver, apart from an extra lay in bed and more time to visit Vancouver…cannot be bad!?!?!

ROBSON SQUARE ICE RINK
This is the final few weeks to get your Ice Skates on and enjoy the rink for free…@Robson Square just by the VAG (Vancouver Art Gallery). So make a day of it, have a wee skate and check out some amazing Art, you can even squeeze in a little shopping if the enthusiasm takes you…as Robson St is the Shopping district after all.

WINTERRUPTION 2013 FESTIVAL ON GRANVILLE ISLAND
An all ages festival that is now in its 8th year. This is an excellent and fun festival for all the family to enjoy down at the famous Granville Island…here the family can enjoy Theater, Food and Live Music, showcasing some fine local artists and talents.
