HONDA CELEBRATION OF LIGHT FIREWORKS – JULY 23rd, July 27th & July 30th #celeboflight
The Honda Celebration of Light is an annual musical fireworks competition held every summer in Vancouver, Canada since 1990. Three companies representing their country perform a 25 minute fireworks display set to accompanying music. This competition is cited as being the longest-running offshore fireworks competition in the world. The fireworks are synchronized to music which is broadcast over the radio station LG104.3 FM. http://hondacelebrationoflight.com/
This years participants are Netherlands, Australia & USA – the actual Walt Disney company which we anticipate will be a great competition – we are very excited to see what they will show us as these displays will dazzle and wow the crowds! The 2016 Honda Celebration of Light competition begins at 10:00pm sharp each night, rain or shine.
SHOREFEST – KEG LOUNGE SHOREFEST SCHEDULE– Live Music begins at 7.30pm at English Bay
SHOREFEST showcases some of Canada’s top musical acts in one of Vancouver’s most picturesque settings on the shores of English Bay. Come down early to the bay and you can watch some great live bands play, the bands that are participating are Willa & The Matinee, Gay Nineties & Loverboy, Lovecoast & Trooper.

The Sunset Beach Festival comes alive on event days, so come for the festival and stay for the fireworks! Everyone is invited to come down early to enjoy the entertainment, activities and free giveaways.
Bands start to perform at 3pm The bands who are performing will be The Lion, The Bear, The Fox, Khari McClelland, Savvie, Dustin Bentall, and finally Jim Byrnes & Friends.
