Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that we are a small property and last minute cancellations affect us greatly.

If a reservation of under 29 night's is cancelled or changed within 48 hours ( two days) of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s stay (plus applicable taxes). If a  reservation of 29 or more night's is cancelled or changed within seven days of your scheduled arrival date or change, you will be charged for a seven night's stay.

There is no charge or cancellation fee if your reservation of under 29 night's is cancelled or changed, more than 48 hours (two days) before your scheduled arrival, or your reservation of 29 or more night's is cancelled or changed, more than seven days before your scheduled arrival.
