Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that we are a small property and last minute cancellations affect us greatly.

If a reservation under 29 nights is cancelled or changed within 48 hours ( two days) of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s stay (plus applicable taxes).

If a reservation of 29 or more nights is cancelled or changed within seven days of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for a seven night's stay.
