Rates
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Book
online or contact
us directly for room rates and packages available during your stay. Monthly
rates begin on the date of check-in and extend to (but not including) the same
date on the following month. Each month charge are payable at time
of check-in, and same date every month.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional person, 9
years old or older, add $3.00 CDN +tax per day. Children under 9 years old
stay free.
Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that we are a small property and last minute cancellations
affect us greatly.
If a reservation of under 29 night's is cancelled or changed within 48 hours
( two days) of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s
stay (plus applicable taxes).
If a reservation of 29 or more night's is cancelled or changed
within seven days of your scheduled arrival date or change, you will be charged
for a seven night's stay.

Taxes
All room stays under 30 days are subject to 10% Room Tax, and 5% GST
All room stays greater than 30 days are not subject to tax. |
